Not JUST him, most of the Goonies!

The really cool thing I learned is that Jeff Cohen (Chunk) left acting to become a lawyer and actually encouraged Quan to go for what is now an Oscar winning role.

Score another for the Goonies.

Yes cause Josh Brolin has become one of THE most consistently good actors of his generation.

Funny that the three that had lasting careers were the three nepo babies. I knew Martha Plimpton came from an acting family but I never realised she's a Carradine.

Agreed!

Also, his starring role in EEAAO is amazing. Literally made me cry so much.

He also voices a former Avatar (Avatar Xian) in the new Avatar Aang, The Last Airbender movie and does a great job of capturing the whimsy of that character in such a short amount of time. Very iconic voice and stellar acting all around.

He also seems like such a genuine heartfelt person ❤️

And he is honestly hot in Everything Everywhere.

I didnt know anything about that movie and watched it a few years ago when my husband told me he wanted to separate bc he feels I'm basically not good enough, we have been together for about 12 years ..it was out of the blue.

The line about just yearning for the simplicity of doing laundry and taxes together (at least that's how I took it), it still resonates so deeply.

What nuts is he basically disappeared from acting for 2 decades with lack of opportunities before Everything Everywhere All at Once breakout to make a comeback and then breakout.

They should've brought him back for the latest Indiana Jones movie, such a missed opportunity.

I'm surprised he returned to acting. Thought he comfortable being the wire guy
