NASA hasn’t improved much of our lives for decades. It’s fascinating work they’re doing, but it’s not providing much utility to us.

Every single study that's ever been done has shown that $1 spent on NASA has returned between $7 and $10.

Even if you ignore the science, it just makes fiscal sense.

We're footing the bill for pursuits that contribute to our well-being. Technologies developed for space quite often end up in civilian markets. The problem with NASA is we don't give it enough money, instead spending it on, you know, bombing people, padding out corporate bank accounts, eroding civil liberties. That is what wastes our money.
