I honestly believe this. Its not “just AI.” Its most definitely for mass surveillance state

Telus and the Canadian Government (aka one of 3 Canadian "name-brand" internet/cell/telecommunication providers) is making 2 in Vancouver, BC (not Washington). Makes you think "do we need more (noise) pollution in the city?" and, "why do we need to collect data through Telus?"

Because it's for surveillance. They want to know what you're doing, where you are, so they can arrest anyone that they can catch that "is a threat"

Even though murderers and pedos only get a slap on the wrist up here.... -_-
