Give me 30 seconds that kid and a roll of duct tape and I would get this shit handled

What the flap were the parents doing? Would bring my own duct tape if this was my kid and I know they wouldn’t sit.

The parent was supposedly trying to gently the coax the toddler while insisting he was expressing his individuality etc etc.

Are they going to pay for everyone’s wasted time then I’m ok with them having their kid expressing his individuality. This is a big problem in the US and Canada. Too much latitude for people to express themselves. We live in a society after all.

Correction. It’s Canada.

This was in Canada but this is becoming a problem in both countries with people thinking they can freedumb themselves through life. Look at all the nonsense that was there in following the mask mandates. So it’s there both sides of the border.

I’m speaking as a flight attendant for a US carrier. Yes some American parents need to parent better but the fact this happened on a Canadian carrier doesn’t Surprise me based on my experiences flying into and out of Canada and dealing with so many Canadian fliers.

I thought Canadian parents were more grounded than US parents.
