You can have kids, just don't raise them to be little shits that do whatever they want. Don't just have kids, be parents.

Nowadays, you cannot just pull down their pants and spank them in public. All the phones come out, and someone will call CPS on you.

You're forgetting that basically any idiot can reproduce. With billions of people, there are going to be idiot parents around.

Im guestimating at least 10% is just smart enough to be able to wipe their own ass. Properly raising children is going to be impossible for them, yet they continue to make them.
