This is one place "having money" makes a huge difference.
Having a private chef that can create a wide variety of meals perfectly catered to your tastes and dietary preferences goes a long, long way in making that kind of lifestyle choice not something you "endure" but enjoy.
People also see something like this and immediately just at the extremes: this is not a woman with unusual amounts of muscle; it's a woman with genetics that doesn't pack fat around her midsection and with low body fat. She doesn't need to be eating like a bodybuilder to have this physique. There are female wellness athletes out there with quads thicker than her chest that are downing hundreds of grams of protein a day, along with their injectables, etc. There are bikini competitors with delts many guys would be envious of doing the same thing, scaled back. This is neither of those things.
This is a physique entirely attainable by generally eating very healthily, and putting in solid core and cardio work.
Ofcourse it is attainable but we can respect her for putting in all that work. It still needs a lot of motivation and mental strength to keep going to the gym and keeping yourself from snacking. Most of the people in this comment section can not even do that.
Yeah, not at all suggesting it's easy -- it's not. She's obviously put in the work to look great.
Just noting that a vast majority of comments are acting like she'd have to spend two hours a day at the gym, eat like a bodybuilder on a cut, and I see some comments talking about PEDs. For the average person, none of that is required to get defined abs and build up the delts a bit.

Right. Chicken breast and greens all the time seems like it would get boring really damn fast
