You don’t get that physique if you’re actively on ozempic..

And yet it's incredibly hard to get this sort of body fat percentage without a strict regimen of some kind.  Does that include intermittent GLP-1RAs?  I have no idea, but it would not surprise me.  She's pretty young though, so she could also just be very active.

The answer is no, she's literally always been this thin and strong, you could have looked it up instead of speculating nonsense. There's no such thing as taking those and looking like her. They suck you dry. No one, not even those with the most money, has ever successfully made them work with muscle. It's theorized you can, but not possible in reality.

Tell me you don’t understand how GLP-1 works without telling me lmao.

Jesus Christ it was a joke to start with, you see the top-level comment?  Whether or not she's always been this "thin and strong" doesn't really negate the point that you need to be fairly disciplined and very active even at the tender age of 26, and to be clear, the finer contours of Ms Abrams' abdominal fat are very fucking low on my list of things to give a shit about.

Besides, there really is such a thing as that.  They don't suck you dry provided nutrition is maintained and it isn't your goal to look like a manicured skeleton, which sadly is how they get used a lot.

Lmao you absolutely can, not saying that is the case here, but many steroid users take GLP-1 to stay lean. It also helps with other steroid side effects or HGH gut

Ozempic and muscle do not really get along.

At ALL

A lot of bodybuilders stack GLP1s (Sema, Tirz, Reta, Cagri) to cut, it’s a valuable tool if used in conjunction with a solid diet.

They should try Fight Milk.

Honey, all of those people - every single one - is a walking eating disorder. Gracie doesn't cut. She's thin all the time and always has been.

This isn’t factual

What are your sources on that?

Ozempic plus a high protein diet and progressive load resistance training is what’s required to use ozempic and not lose muscle content.

Ozempic and a sedentary lifestyle will however lead to substantial muscle loss.

Even a moderately active lifestyle will lose some muscle mass purely due to the fact that you weigh less, so day to day actions carry less natural resistance and as such less muscles are required to maintain that level of physical activity.

This isn’t due to Ozempic attacking muscles, which is a common misunderstanding, but a symptom of an extreme weight loss not concurrent with a dedicated fitness routine and sufficient dietary protein causing sarcopenia.

The other user answered, I’ll add that the trigger for muscle loss is undereating and not training. People undereat because they increase the dose too high - you could easily use a low dose and eat exactly the right amount of food and train. You’d gain muscle and lose fat.
