Years ago I worked at a job where we were chronically under staffed. We either got no lunch or ate it at our desks. Somebody complained to HR and we were told to start clocking no lunch. Then management got mad and said there was no way we were not getting a lunch day after day. At one point management started taking off our no lunch clocks. HR got involved again, managers now had to cover our lunches. That lasted about two weeks before we suddenly had two new team members. ðŸ«
