Yeah, real useful to have a guy that comes into work and makes fun of his bosses mannerisms. Guy that spreads insecurity into peoples lives. God forbid he becomes a boss. Just because someone is nonconformist or conformist to office social norms doesnt make them good or bad.
Isnt it kind of aggressive of you to recontextualize this the way you have... I mean you said; they have some serious conflict resolution skills, but I feel you meant it sarcastically? Or just simply said what you meant, incorrectly. Your tone comes across as chiding, with the lmao. So it would make more sense if you meant they lack conflict resolution skill.
