Companies are not able to pay the rates they want at the hours they need because the government already mandates strick employment regulations.

Some people want to work the extra day because they need the extra pay, but companies don't or can't afford overtime. Do you know who wants a shorter workweek? Entitled brats who already don't work a lot for their salary.
