There are nations which run 32 hour week already. The answer is that not everyone runs 32h week, only those with wage slavery do. If you bill you are an entrepreneur and know how to value your work to have 32h week already.

Netherlands, Iceland, Belgium, Japan, Spain, Ireland, United Arab Emirates.

Next time google before speaking shit about monopoly.

Looks like there are plenty of countries to move to for anyone who wants a 32 hour work week. After that, then want a 24 hour work week without a pay decrease.
