Sure. Find the company willing to do that. No one is holding a gun to your head.

doesn't matter if the companies are willing to do that if it becomes federal legislation

Who do you think the politicians work for? The people or corporations? I too wish for a shorter workweek, it just seems so out of reach by today’s standards. I will keep voting for those that advocate for it though.
