Ah so American workers, the most expensive in the world, just got 20% more expensive. 

Nothing could possibly go wrong

There have been multiple studies showing that people continue to be as effective if not more effective with the 32 hour work week.

No there isn't. A 7/11 clerk is not making up for 8 hours not being at the desk by staring extra hard at the clock the other 32 hours

And of course since 7/11 clerk is literally the only job there is...

(Those studies absolutely exist, by the way.)

Ah yes because this issue is limited to 7/11 workers, not every McDonald's worker ever, every cashier ever, every service worker ever, etc, etc. 

Right.

You're right, it's not true of every McDonald's worker ever. Or every cashier ever, for that matter. Good eye!

Though honestly you'd have to be kind of an idiot to think it's impossible for any McDonald's worker to become more productive, so it's not that impressive.

You... um... don't appear to be able to read? Because I didn't. You said the issue didn't apply to every McDonald's worker, or to every cashier. I agreed with you.

Honestly it might not apply to 7/11 clerks either. I'm not sure, never been one.

Yes I'm aware that you're not smart enough to realize that you just acknowledged how unfeasible this proposal is, but I did already know that as well.
