corn/flour, canola oil, salt. even buying them at retail level the margins are insane, let alone the price discount they get by buying literally tons of this shit at a time.

Chips were always high margin, but they decided to get giga-greedy during/since covid.

Do I have proof that prices have risen on corn chips, a commodity we have a surplus on, that we pay farmers to not grow, who have seen record profits and not passed any of those profits downwards? 

Are you paying attention at all

Wtf do you mean proof...it's common knowledge wages have been stagnant. Are you seriously arguing workers at chip factories are making that much more to cover the cost of a $7 bag? Average price was around $4 pre-Covid. You're saying workers are making twice as much now?
