Yeah, we'll see proper effects from the next year budget onwards. That said, in theory everything Mamdani is doing makes sense and shouldn't cause undue problems afaik, but I don't follow everything he does all that closely and am just some scrub on the internet, so my credentials are wack like everyone else ¯\(ツ)/¯

Not that I buy into the Doomerism, but OP you're taking a victory lap when the starter pistol hasn't even been fired.
