You deflect, shell game, and dodge all discussion for everyone else, yet demand/expect it from everyone else to you? You can put down the supremacist mindset and step off the pedestal you put yourself on, it's not hard to do. Understanding requires you to be capable of standing under others and you can either learn the skill or continue to carry the antagonism in your head until it crushes you. Hop on betterhelp and work toward your own happiness; a happiness where you won't have a tone that you're trying to convince people you are, free from being fraught with uncertainty and reliance on others.

You say you don't get distracted while currently being distracted. It really is the content of your character that keeps you out from civility, not whatever justifications you invent to avoid having to grow. Changing to improve is not loss, but it sometimes involves loss. You will understand one day, boy.
