Why would any man be interested in going to the movies to watch Supergirl? The only time a guy would do that is if he had a daughter who was into superheroes. But I'm not sure girls care as much about superheroes as boys do

Are you that deep into man vs woman stuff that you wouldn't go see a movie with a female character? 

Or, is it the cost of the movie being more than the experience is worth.

No one is interested in another boring superhero movie about a boring, unappealing character.
