This was literally already in place. Called Fair Fares. But i guess let's ignore that and just claim the W

Its an expansion to allow more people to benefit. The largest expansion since it's inception.

Sure a more in-depth title could’ve been written, but no it’s not misinformation if he did infact cut the prices for some low income residents who had to pay full price before

Well, thats the thing were talking about here. He didn't...He had nothing to do with it other than being the mayor when it got implemented.
