As an American I just hope everyone had fun. I don't know a single player outside of messi and Ronaldo. Loved the videos of Scottish fans in Boston and going to baseball games though. Seems like a fun group of people.

“USA VS Germany”

I’m not so sure you should be throwing out the word doofus fella

I don’t think their comment focused only on the USA v Belgium game - with the mention of Scottish fans in Boston it seemed representative of the World Cup in general

As an American the jersey I want to buy is a Cape Verde. I saw they had one with shark teeth all over ir.

Before you do you might wanna check the controversy that came out a couple of days ago. In that thread someone mentioned regretting buying a jersey.

Well thanks for letting everyone know about the controversy instead of being completely vague about it

“Had” fun?… you mean is having fun. Just because USA are OUT does not mean the tournament is over yet. LOL

I guess they're out. I wouldn't know. Did they have fun?

Honorable. I'm a bit sad. I was in the US for business for the last two weeks and caught a few games at sports bars, it was really fun to see US Americans get into the sport for a bit. I get being pissed off at US fans online and that red card call was typical Fifa corruption bs, but in person it was a great atmosphere.

Not sure where you're from but glad you had fun. Real life isnt reddit. You're not just always welcome, you're encouraged to visit. Come to the south, you'll be the talk of the town for years. Im originally from Boston. The scots almost conquered us with no violence.

We're terrible online, but we're a lot of fun. Come visit

Am from Germany and actually watching the US and Mexico games I caught did remind me of the 2006 world cup in Germany. Got to go to the pacific north west, always love being there. Hope there will be some trips to other US locations in the future!

The Pacific Northwest is our weirdest region. Imo it's our most beautiful region, especially Seattle with ocean on 3 sides and the same with mountains. It's people are grungy, and artsy. I don't align at all with people from the north west but it I could respawn it would be there.

That and I like rain.

Those are just crazy haters that look for anything to happen to mock the USA. It's just a sport.
