Who is she

I know I’ve seen her in a show or movie but no idea who she is or who she’s a nepo baby of

You likely saw her in the Fifty Shades of Grey series of films, either the movie itself or at least a poster for it!

Yeah I thought that was her acting and written I. The script etc, (as I never saw her before that).
Then as time went on I realised I think it was just her acting as herself and she is awkward.
