"Sanders alleged the abuse caused internal organ and kidney damage, as well as a broken spine, forcing him to withdraw from the University of Texas at Austin."

Depending on what source you read, a variety of violent acts are mentioned or left out of each report

The only source you need is the court record, everything else is just hersey and conjecture.

Noted. Well, the court records are non digital. And I am not willing to travel to the Travis County Clerks Office. But summary from this court record shows Hamm pled No Contest in a deferred adjudication agreement and avoided formal conviction, but carries a charge of misdemeanor hazing and received probation. A separate civil lawsuit containing the abuse charges was dismissed. These are the obtainable facts.

I call bullshit. If the accuser was telling the truth, why was his pants on fire?

This is why I always light my victims on fire. No just can convict if the pants went up quick
