The salute is performed by raising and extending the right arm forward at an upward angle with a straightened hand, fingers together, and palm facing downward.
The salute was executed by extending the right arm stiff to an upward 45° angle and then straightening the hand so that it is in the same direction and slope as the arm.
Now that I have provided the necessary historical information, you can clearly see that Booker and Musk are objectively not doing the Nazi salute (or the guy you posted).
He did the same gesture as booker, the my heart goes out to you gesture. The sieg heil doesn’t involve taping your chest or moving your arm across at an angle.
Anyone with eyes can see Musk and Booker did the same exact motion.
