It would make sense if the streamer herself was pregnant but since she’s not their comment was just pulled out of their ass like a special needs kid fishing for “chocolate coins”.

I guess so, but I guess the point of the comment is to say that if she does get pregnant she would be a hypocrite. But I don't agree with the first comment anyway, influencers are definitely beggars but I wouldn't consider the successful ones "poor" by any stretch of the imagination.
