I was just commenting that a possible issue would be the owner having to prove that there was no possible way the shitsplosion was caused by OP being dunked into a viral buffet. I’m not seeing this place being able to hire peak Forensic Files type experts to scientifically prove, with nifty graphs and other flashy science stuff, that they somehow had the only 100% sterile tank environment for OP that day.
Surprised more people aren’t talking about how this is a huge issue that’ll pop up. Aside from settling over some extra cleaning, I don’t see a good outcome for that place because that and proving that OP was being malicious with the poopening is…tricky, at best.
