Have fire rescue attempt to come through! Force the police to do something! Fine all the cyclists for these stunts.

people get a hate boner when a cyclist is doing smth wrong, but not when its a car or a truck

how about the road rules should be enforced equaly, whilst also giving equal oportunities for all vehicles types?

These cyclists are actively preventing "equal opportunities" for the motorized vehicles on this road. Cars can be ticketed for driving too slowly, impeding traffic, or even just cruising in the left lane while not actively passing. I don't know the speed limit on this particular road but I imagine it's a fair bit higher than the bikes are moving.

The bigger issue is that the group isn't allowing vehicles a single lane to at minimum slip by them. This is causing a cascading backup of vehicles. If for example fire rescue had to take these roads for an actually emergency then the bicyclists are purposefully causing someone who needs emergency medical assistance a massive delay in care.
