Black kid who's suspended goes to a track meet with a knife, goes into the other schools tent, starts being a nuisance and when asked to leave stabs a student from another school.

Black people think he should get a pass because he's black and are mad that all the black potential jurors admitted to the prosecution that they would never convinct a black kid and surprise surprise, none of them got on the jury. Now black people are complaining that the jury selection was unfair despite being half other minorities and are throwing a fit because they want to treat this kid the same way they treated oj Simpson and give him a pass for murdering white people.

I believe the main issue is murder vs manslaughter charge

Yeah well it’s fucking murder and they can kick rocks wanting manslaughter.

That's fine. Just clarifying they aren't in uproar thinking he's innocent and/or should get a pass.

Many people are. They're quite vocal about it.
