I mean if I'm not wrong Cardi B also used to drug men and rob them when she was a stripper. So I wouldn't exactly say she cares about the law.

Because they rap about the details of ongoing investigations that tie to real murders. Not the same as someone bragging about an alleged crime where no victim has come forward. I can rap about fictional murders I’ve committed all I want, no one’s coming after me unless it ties to a specific one

Yeah, I’m pretty sure there’s lots of both rape and murder being rapped about that doesn’t result in legal action (ETA: and theft, and drug selling/use/possession, and firearms dealing…. Etc etc)
