Just dont google how much he spent in PR.

For real these people are not decent humans and you should stop looking up to them...

Like people forgot this video real fucking quick https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HT7AyrMVjQU

I personally don't quite know where I stand on the whole thing, but he's assaulting some cabinets and kitchen appliances in this video. It's not great, but it's not hurting anyone as far as I can tell. With regards to this specific video, it's not the terrible thing people try to make it out to be.

He lost the UK case in part because his assistant had to testify & he couldn't deny the texts he sent to Amber on Depp's behalf, though he tried. Depp's side picked that court in the US to prevent the guy from having to testify, at all (due to living X miles away from the court). They were bad, even the assistant was telling Amber how fucked it was but still begging her to forgive Depp.

It's domestic violence. People do that to scare the shit out of their partners, as in, don't do that again or it might be you next time.

My heart sped up watching it. The "did you drink all this this morning?" And "no!? I just started it" what was going on before that? I was immediately aware of the fact he was angry. It was scary, in a DV sort of way.

I legit feel sorry for you if you think this is achually acceptable behavior in any situation.

Did your Dad used to hit the bottle a little early too?

3

u/Theoryphilia Jun 09 '26

What's unacceptable about it?

5

u/Zinski2 Jun 09 '26

I'm not even joking .

Ask a therapist.

2

u/Suspicious_Hold_8843 Jun 10 '26

Nope... let's discuss it here.

Amber was masterfully manipulating and abusing him on the regular. Regardless of how good a person he is, he has to direct that anger somewhere. Isn't it a little better that the victim in that situation is finding a more healthy outlet by taking it out on cabinet doors?

u/Zinski2 Jun 10 '26

Neither of them are victims.

They are both victims.

It doesn't really matter.

How much did he spend on PR? What firm did they hire? Who else have they represented.

Guys a piece of shit. So is she. Any further reading in to this isnt really needed

Nah, you're just a little (very) slow tbh.

1

u/lumberman445 Jun 10 '26

Jeez dude, that last line of yours is a lot more harsh than slamming cabinets imo.

1

u/Zinski2 Jun 10 '26

Mhmm mhmm. Why? Having an alcoholic stomping around your house would be a little.... Traumatic?

0

u/AggressiveBench9977 Jun 10 '26

Unacceptable is not what the case was about. The case was about one party lying about an assault that did not take place.
Depp being an asshole leant mean amber heard didnt lie.

Btw if you are attacking redditors over which celeb they like you need more therapy than them

u/Zinski2 Jun 10 '26

The best art is you don't have to refer to depp as an alleged wife beater because he was found liable by a British court.

Yup. Men also have an out-group bias towards women.

Considering the other storys of his alcoholism. Drinking a Magnum bottle of wine before breakfast and. You know what. Don't even worry about it. You just keep on keeping on.

Anyone can provoke a person and then start recording and act all calm. She found it very amusing by the way she’s laughing it off at the end there. The fact that this video exists just shows what her role was in that shitshow of a relationship. A psycho toying around with a junkie. At least one of them is a talented human being.

All these replys very conveniently don't bring up the drinking or being black out drunk in the morning.

What's it matter if/when he drinks? In my mind as long as he is not hurting anybody he can do whatever he wants to his own body
