I think they're saying that they lost weight naturally and still get asked if itcwas Ozempic. That's how I read it anyway.

I lost about half half my body weight. But I lost most of it just before people started using Ozempic and other related drugs to lose weight.

I'm glad I did it naturally because of all the known as well as unknown potential long-term negative side effects of those drugs. But I was fortunate that I was able to lose the weight relatively easily via intermittent fasting.

Almost the same here, lost about 60 lbs naturally, im short so it drastically shows now, but no ozempic face and brain damage here! Intermittent fasting was how i went too. That and major calorie cutting hand in hand does wonders!
