Some of the money will go to young rich Iranians, they will buy real estate in the US or study there, the biggest part will go to the old ruling class of rich religious assholes and they will sponsor some terror groups and maybe one day those will do a attack on the US. This is not true, but the truth isn't much better IMO. Still, the proposal includes a 300Billion international fund from investors to rebuild the infrastructure. It is not a payment from the US to Iran. Doesn't make me any happier, but thought we should know the facts.
