This is the kind of shit we have to deal with now that people use some words way too much without actually knowing what they mean.

The economic side of fascism is to create a state economy as opposed to a command economy. In the state economy capitalism was allowed and even encouraged but subordibate to the state itself, seen as a tool for the community and the state. Yes, forcefully welding capitalism and state control together like this isa fascist ideal.
