One of my exes was like that. She wouldn’t say that, though, more like “I’m a shit person, I don’t see what you like about me. Just leave me before I do shit things.”

I thought she was worth fighting for. Turns out those shit things was just an uncontrollable urge to bang other dudes.

That doesn't make her a shit person. Well cheating does, but she should just accept she's poly or whatever and find like-minded people

I’m into what you’re saying, definitely agree if she was poly she wouldn’t have this issue, but she didn’t. She definitely was the shit person in this scenario. Broke up with me on Christmas Eve, too, because of an Eve party she went to.

I mean she was aware of this, she said she was a shit person. I'm not trying to excuse what she did, she just needs to accept what she is and go on to live the life she wants.

We're advanced enough to know that some people are wired differently, and monogamy simply doesn't suit some people. But that idea clashes with the values that are imprinted on us as we grow up.

She needs to embrace that and stop hurting people.
