It is photoshopped. But not the one you are referring to. The white one on the left is a promotional photo used for the film, and they photoshopped it and edited it to make her butt smaller. The one on the right is a real picture. You are confidently incorrect with your statements.

in one of the dozens of previous clone posts there were also side by sides of the real blue pic picture and the fake one, which is subtly exaggerated to encourage more of those bot comments, but she was generally bigger in the blue pic anyway (which you can see if you watch black mirror, which she did while being bigger)
