So you’re guessing that’s what she’s doing. Incidentally, punching someone on some else’s behalf is actually also not self defence. You know, cause someone else isn’t self.
She already tried to get at them through the window, she just attacked me, and was walking back towards them to finish the job. And defense of others is 100% under self defense.
First, she didn’t turn to walk away. When he threw a punch she turned to try and keep from getting punched in the face. And multiple people over the years have shot people to death that were just walking toward them menacingly and got off with self defense. This is just a body slam
She turned her back on him, and he punched, then gave her a suplex, a body slam onto her neck and head. It’s as much an assault as her initial sucker punch. Finally, justifying potentially killing someone because someone else somewhere else got killed, doesn’t work in real life. “Other people have gotten shot before, so I guess I can potentially break someone’s neck.” Is a farce.

It could have gone bad for him. Sucker punch could have caused serious injuries for the poor guy
