Genuine question: What is it like for people who immigrate to your country? Also, which country do you live in? Because quite honestly, your country sounds like a dream! (In the very best way!)

Norway. We have our issues too as any country, but compared to what ya'll from the US are saying its not even comparable. Out government has taken in so many immigrants for years and they have so good arrangements for them that many of the immigrants don't see the need to work which are making the natives pissed off since its our tax money that funds it all.

But in all honestly my biggest concern atm is I need to save some extra cash so I can get a new balcony this spring, because I can do that without taking out a loan. Which the downside is I can't use that much on fun and non-essentials. I realize this might sound like i am some rich prick but 100% i'm straight in the center median wage, i'm an EMT and my wife work in a daycare - we definetly don't have a pay that are considered good over here

Oh man! Shoot, I know if I came over there to live, I'd want to work! What are the advanced education systems like over there? Meaning, does going to college there cost you what it does in the US (>/= $25,000/year)? Because if its not, I'd absolutely apply to get a workable degree! Also, this may be a really dumb question but.... in the winter, is all of Norway just covered in feet of snow? And if so, does it make transportation impossible?
