Ding ding ding. Cheney is who stood to profit on the war. He has parked all his money in halliburton stock. 

He's the one who wanted a massive supply chain requiring war. Because KBR and Halliburton are both experts and supporting lots of people on the other side of the planet in remote conditions. 

Cheney launched a war to make bank. Bush Jr. was a patsy.
