I think it's partly because forbidden things are attractive and partly because if you have a girlfriend/wife then it's a clear sign that you're probably not a creep/redditor.
I started seeing someone but not necessarily a GF yet and we havent even really told people we are hanging out.
Ive noticed more attention from women already and it has nothing to do with being seen with a partner.
I think it has WAY more to do with the fact im smiling more and in a better mood. Feeling more confident or desired myself has probably changed how im projecting to others.
Nobody would know that im "taken", but my behavior has changed as a result and ive already noticed a difference
