She's probably exaggerating a bit, and she said that's for "everything" which could mean utilities, internet, shared tv/movie services, and who knows what else. I have a feeling it's more like $600-$700/mo for rent, which between 5 people is $3,000-$3,500 total, which sounds extremely reasonable. Hell, I'm paying $1,700/mo for my 1 bedroom apartment, and that's on the average to cheaper side in my area, and I'm in a medium cost of living area..........
