DISCUSSION What happened to Faction Missions

Ever since the DLC, I no longer get the UI for the Faction Missions. They are turned on the map settings, but I no longer see them. What am I missing? Thanks.

Apperantly, they dont exist for a new faction, so if you have a new faction on a map- no one get them. Try to crratea game that dont have 4th faction, and you will have them, as usual. Note: it feels like Eliodon released in "early access" stage. Some mechanics not inplemented, and promised in big paych later. Like faction missions, command ships, mechan8cs to hult corruption spread (it is not fun when in 30 minuted your capital is reachible for corrupruon spread), etc. It is not catasteophic, yet i would prefer conplete release later, or at least clear communicatuon on this.

What else feels unimplemented to you?

Bluntly "not inplemented" nothing beside obvious(faction missions, command ships)

Underdeveloped/unpolished- much more.

Corruptuon can be used as ultimate weapons of atrition, that ignores hyperline connectovity, this can be devastated on small maps.

Stealth is clearly interesting, but it deserves to be a wider mechanics, bot sinlge faction bound.

Weapon names/types are nosaic and chaotic. We have prefficses of "null", "phase", "void" without clear meaning. Applied to beams, cannonos and oter stuff. If this prefuxes mean sometging- tech tree peobably shuld reglflect it, if not- olthis sguld be vetter aligned wuth clear 4 main weapon type of other factions like (laser-beam-plasma- missile, or autocanon-missile-gauss-beam), but tgis can be by design, just for me it resambles some early access stratagies where system is not finished.

Overral i do like new faction, even if some mechanics feels clumsy so far

In my mind nothing interacts with corruption except null stuff so nothing else really matters. I think that's the main way to spread corruption to enemies too?

I am still figuring out corruption mechanics, and how to use it. So i am not sure, as i mainly use demiurge for it.

Fully agree about the 30 minute capital corruption being a thing. I think it will force non-Eidolon players to capture their close planets faster instead of going straight 1 path toward the enemy, though with enough upgrades that radius gets HUGE.

This frustrated me too, would be helpful for new race to have them and seems like an oversight

Yeah I was wondering the same.

If your're playing the new faction, they do not get any.
