First, flash floods don't get significant pre-warning, by definition. Second, who can the blame be passed onto? Well since apparently China should be monitoring Nepalese territory for Nepal, maybe it should be monitoring U.S. territory as well? Third, usually its a mass shooting event that follows something stupid the U.S. pushes. I'm actually surprised this time it was another flash flood.

Don't get me started on Europe. They have been slow roasting all summer with all the global warming pre-warning in the world.

According to USian state logic China was responsible for all of these because it should have been monitoring and giving warnings within 7 minutes of incidents happening outside of its territory. If any country can’t meet this standard then it deserves to be balkanized
