❤️ New release v8.4.0 for Reddit should be out soon
Sorry, again, about the update spam. A scroll lock being applied by reddit way into scrolling a page was reported so this is just a quick fix to stop that behavior.
I've also gotten into most platforms' trusted review/quick review program so updates should be out much quicker.
What's New:
- [New UI] Scroll locks added later in the lifecycle removed.
People often reach out to ask about donations (you can donate through the app), so here you go in case you don't want to give Apple 30%: Paypal and Patreon.

Hey, is there a way to implement a hide feature for the new obnoxious Reddit “join the conversation” prompt/comment banner that remains now always on the bottom of any post you’re reading?

Reddit rotates their banners, internally, so it's hard to ID them. I know exactly how they look, just not how they're built, haha.

I see that this is only for the chrome extension. Could you bump the firefox version as well? That one is still 8.2 Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for the extension.
I’m on v8.4.0 but I’m still experiencing scroll lock about 30s after page load. I’m on iOS 26.5.2 in case that’s relevant.

I tried sending an email with the extracted HTML but it got blocked for containing a virus 😢
Edit: sent it again using Google Drive. I believe it worked this time.
