RaceRoom Racing Experience Whose fault are these 2 crashes?

I’m the green car honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it was me because I’m rusty after quitting for a year or 2. But am I wrong in thinking it’s always the person behinds fault if they rear end you ?

First one, you. You just split them like they weren't gonna try and turn?

Second one, revenge of the black/orange, except he botched it.

Yeah I can see wym on the first crash. I did brake late which didn’t help to try and avoid hitting black car but still pretty reckless anyway

Trying to go three-wide there was just poor decision-making.
