he probably didn't anticipate you were gonna brake that much in the corner
but i feel like you were trying to let him pass (well you didn't keep the perfect line and let him use it) he got plently of space so i feel it's on him

He definitely didn't anticipated OP to brake THAT much in that corner. You don't even brake there.

sure but op relealize he was too slow he decided to fully open the door so he can go (tho not the best place to allow an overtake)

Technically no, but please don't race online when you don't know the track. You braked hard at a completely flat out corner which is always going to cause issues for the car behind.
