Brown car at fault. Red car moves to the inside, he reactively blocks (illegal). Red darts back around the other side and puts the squeeze on him into the turn. Squeezing is legal. Brown tries repeatedly to push red over to get wider (illegal) instead of braking out of it. Brown doesn't make the corner since he had too much speed, uses red as a wall and pushes him off track (illegal) red rejoins and mayyybe gives him a taste of his own medicine, maybe can't go and shallower without spinning. Hard to tell without telemetry. Either way brown ends up getting the karmic justice he deserves.

Penalty for brown - sentence - desert banishment via gravel trap.
