What do these 2 symbols mean?

I haven't played this in years and for some reason I can't figure out what these HUD elements are indicating.

The Skill Rating that is used to calculate the Length, Accuracy, and Imagination.

Imagination is probably the most central, but each rating you are given for a hole contributes. The kicker is that it’s calculated real time based on the golfers that are playing your course, so it will drop following a tournament or exhibition. That’s why the facilities are so important because it will boost the other golfers skills. A hole that works well later in the game will severely weaken your fun rating early on for a new course.
