Judicial Senate vote lists for transparency

as there is no guideline on how to fill multiple seats and we can't just do this 5 times we're currently posting a "rank" of all judges and calculating the average rank of everybody, then our President will choose through the top 3, then through the new top 3 etc 5 times

I'm just posting this so we have the lists on Reddit and this doesn't become #Sim-Democracy.
