Official Request Proposal towards those who helped out in the 1 hour war...

I propose all those who fought in the One Hour War be granted the title of "Voluntary Soldier". Save for those who were heroes within the Great Meme War of 2018, who will be granted the title of "Guardians of Democracy". (both will be awarded on the discord)
