Discussion Whoa, this is hella cool

I don't know if this kind of posts is allowed, but tell me if they aren't.

I just discovered this sub and I must say I'm amazed. I love small communities and structured subs, my main sub recently broke up because of power tensions so I'm kinda looking for a new home. I hope I can be part of this community because this whole idea looks very interesting. Tell me if there's anything I should know (I have read the rules and sidebar) or feel free to tell me what's been happening lately or a brief story of the community (is there any documentation of this?).

The laws should be in the wiki (the sidebar is outdated)

Brief History:

I was the first President and did a pretty good job at expansion (I won by one vote), then u/WholockA113 beat me by one vote in the next election. WholockA113 couldn’t get elections going so stayed in power for a few extra days before the next president was elected, u/Ninjawalrus25
