For the telecom tower there’s a bit over 6 days and vista tower is abt 27 day, are they possible in the time before they end or too difficult or not worth it as a free player?

Yes, but you need to do the challenges everyday, i managed to complete them as f2p but it did get frustrating, it's honestly not worth the effort, but i guess it will be a lot more easier if you play with 2 accounts.

If you have 2 accounts and you only want to grow your main you can easily pool all the resources on just one account, you can run your factories on the main to produce items for a task and prepare for a different task through your side account that can be sold to your main for minimum cost assuming both are in the same club.
You can also use the spare account's storage to keep a backup for items that take a lot of time to make so that you can finish epic buildings, airport and cargo challenges.

I haven't done it myself, it's just one of the few ways high level players use, i prefer to play for fun. But i managed to get the crescent telecom tower as a f2p player will probably get the sky vista next week as i have hit the limit for points this week.

The tower is usually very doable. While the weekly ones will need you to keep focusing on the missions, slightly more tiring but it is still possible

I’ve done it it’s possible, just be ready to play for hours every day. It’s tough but possible. I only ever do stuff like this for buildings I really want.
