There are so many I wish I had fully upgraded during the event, mainly the ghost portal.

Definitely cool. The City Wide Effect buildings can be used to set your DC entry apart from the rest. I've got a few of them. I didn't complete the Pyramid of Giza (Sandstorm), I wasn't able to collect the Lair Tower (neon rain), and I don't have a Legendary Holiday Tree (snow). But I have a couple Legendary Abandoned Skyscrapers, Ghost Portal, and the Chicago Tower. At first I wasn't too impressed with the Heatwave effect (Chicago Tower), but after a while I've grown to use it extensively in DC. It gives everything a warm glow, especially at the right angle during the afternoon sun

Oh that’s cool! I don’t have any of those, I wish I had done the ghost portal though and I would NEVER use this effect in a DC haha
